These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your use of the “Echo” app and its related services (collectively, the “Services”), provided by Gomeo Inc. (the “Company”). By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. Data Protection and GDPR Compliance

  1. The Company processes personal data in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) and other applicable data protection laws. For details, please see our Privacy Policy.

  2. By using the Services or creating an account, you confirm that you have read and agree to the Company’s Privacy Policy.

  3. “Personal data” refers to information that can identify a natural person (e.g., name, contact details, or other identifiers).

  4. The Company requires that all employees, agents, and contractors who handle personal data adhere to the Privacy Policy and relevant data protection laws.

Account Terms

  1. Users must be at least 16 years old to use the Services. Users under 16 require parental consent as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

  2. Account holders are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and must notify the Company of any unauthorized use of their account.

  3. Accounts registered by automated methods or bots are prohibited and will be removed without notice.

  4. Each account is intended for a single individual; shared or joint accounts are not permitted.

Payments and Refunds

  1. Subscription fees and renewal details are displayed within the Services and may change with 30 days’ notice.

  2. If a payment method becomes invalid, the Company may suspend the account until payment issues are resolved.

  3. Refunds are issued only if the Company discontinues the Services for reasons not specified in these Terms.

Cancellation and Termination

  1. Users may cancel their accounts at any time by contacting support@gomeo.xyz.

  2. Upon cancellation, all user data is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

  3. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account for a violation of these Terms or for any reason deemed necessary.

Modifications to the Services

  1. The Company may modify, discontinue, or temporarily suspend any part of the Services at any time without notice.

  2. Users acknowledge that updates or changes may affect the Services’ functionality or availability.

Copyright and Intellectual Property

  1. All intellectual property rights related to the Services are owned by the Company. Duplication, reproduction, or unauthorized use of the Services’ design or functionality is strictly prohibited.

Notification of Personal Data Breach

  1. In the event of a personal data breach, the Company will notify relevant authorities and affected users within 72 hours if required by law.

General Conditions

  1. Your use of the Services is at your own risk. The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind.

  2. You acknowledge that the Company may use third-party vendors for hardware, software, networking, storage, and other related technology required to run the Services.

  3. You must not modify, adapt, or hack the Services or modify another website in a way that falsely implies an association with the Services.

  4. You agree not to reproduce, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any aspect of the Services without express permission.

  5. Verbal, physical, written, or other abuse (including threats of retribution) toward any Company employee, customer, or officer will result in immediate account termination and may lead to legal action.

  6. Objectionable content or abusive behavior is not tolerated. Violations will result in immediate termination.

  7. The Company makes no guarantees that (i) the Services will meet your requirements, (ii) the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free, or (iii) the quality of any products or services obtained through the Services will meet your expectations.

  8. Your information may be transferred unencrypted over various networks and modified to conform to technical requirements.

  9. The Company may disable accounts whose usage significantly exceeds the average usage of other customers.

  10. The Company and its officers are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, resulting from: (i) use or inability to use the Services; (ii) procurement of substitute goods or services; (iii) unauthorized access to your data; or (iv) any other matter related to the Services.

  11. The Company’s failure to enforce any part of these Terms shall not be considered a waiver of its rights. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company, superseding all prior versions.

  12. The Company does not guarantee that the Services are error-free and does not assume liability for damages caused by errors or interruptions.

  13. Users agree to comply with all applicable laws when using the Services and avoid any actions that may disrupt the platform.
